In this section is the information needed to install handrail from start to fininsh.
Cutting Aluminum
Using a compound miter with a high tooth count 80+. Clamp your work to the saw table. after the saw has come to full speed slowly lower the saw through the aluminum. Remember to support both sides of your cut. Cutting Aluminum is messy, put down plastic and cover the miter saw.
Painting your work
Painting some items makes the finished product turn out professional. This video shows how to touch up paint your cuts. It is also important to paint one side of your RCB's.
Screws to hold endcaps on
Picket spacers paint the ends. Before unwrapping spray the ends.
